RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be fully delighted with your creation. If you require a size adjustment or return:

• Return requests must be registered within 7 calendar days of delivery receipt (48 hours for domestic size exchanges).
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all designer hangtags, security seals, and dust bags intact.
• Customized atelier pieces, bespoke garments, and final sale items are not eligible for return.

To request a return or exchange, please reach out to our Customer Concierge via the Contact Us page, WhatsApp, or email with your Order ID and photo verification. Our specialists will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with step-by-step courier dispatch details.

In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or dispatch error, we cover all complimentary return and replacement shipping costs. For discretionary returns or sizing exchanges, the client is responsible for return postage to our atelier facility in Ho Chi Minh City.

Upon receipt and quality inspection at our facility, refunds are approved within 3 to 5 business days. Reimbursements are credited to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, funds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 10 banking days.
